    • “Cottage was perfect for the two of us. Very well equipped kitchen with a lovely range cooker. The cottage was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy with lovely crisp white bedding. After a very stressful few months we needed a relaxing quiet break and that's exactly what we got at Ludgate Cottage. Thankyou”

Mrs Downer, Reigate Surrey, September 2018

    • “This was our second visit to this cottage and it felt like home from home. A well fitted out cottage in a beautiful location. The moor is literally on your doorstep so walks, wildlife and wonderful scenery are all around you. It's location provides easy access to the all the local Devon tourist attractions as well as a fine place to just relax and chill out.”

    Mr Jackson, Corsham, September 2018

    • “We loved this cottage. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, which included everything we needed. But the star of the show was the location. It's directly across the road from Dartmoor, particularly beautiful in August as it's covered in heather and gorse, and very close to Hay Tor. Friendly Dartmoor ponies even come to the cottage gate!”

    Ms Nicholls, London, August 2018

    • “Fantastic cottage, perfect for our family, great location, close to moors and coast. Would recommend and hope to return.”

    Dr Bennett, York, July 2018

    • “The cottage is well appointed and comfortable but the best thing about it is the location. A few steps and you’re onto open moorland - Haytor, ancient tramway and the beautiful disused quarry on the door step. Lovely for an evening walk!”

    Miss Sterry, Southampton, June 2018

    • “Superb location - walks right from the door. Good hotel and pub nearby - both served excellent food. Shower needs a shower curtain rather than the shield that is in place which is not great for tall people!!”

    Mr Scrimgeour, Burnham-on-Crouch, June 2018

    • “Fabulously located cottage, wonderfully equipped, we loved it. Great British family holiday”

    Mrs Wild, WIGAN, May 2018

    • “The house was excellent and included everything we expected. The location was wonderful and even the weather was exceptional!”

    Mr Harrington, Fordingbridge, May 2018
