“We stayed here with our spaniel.”
Greeted with a smile from our hosts, who were always available if needing anything, and a lovely, thoughtful welcome package. The apartment was well appointed, and comfortable with everything we needed. (Apart from a washing machine, but who wants to spend their holidays doing the laundry? A minor detail). A great base to explore the local area from beach to forestry dog walks, Devon Steam Railway and ferry across to Dartmouth. A great find was Elton's Piano and Cocktail Bar, in Torquay. A liveley place, with live music and tapas to make an enjoyable evening. NB you do need to keep an eye on your pooch when in the small patio garden area as there is open access to quite a busy road. No problem for responsible dog owners though. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing time, at a home from home.
