With off-road parking and a warm welcome for one well-behaved pet, this reverse-level lodge is perfect for families and friends in search of a peaceful break in a scenic location.
On arrival, you’ll find three tastefully furnished bedrooms: a ground-floor king-size room with a balcony ideal for enjoying a quiet morning coffee, and two comfortable twin rooms, well-suited for children or companions.
The ground floor also features a family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin, and WC, along with a separate shower room offering a walk-in shower, basin, and WC—ensuring plenty of space for everyone.
Upstairs, the open-plan living area is fully equipped for a self-catered stay, including an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
The dining table seats six, making it a great spot for shared meals or planning the day’s outings.
After dinner, unwind in the lounge area with inviting seating, a Smart TV, DVD player, and soundbar for a relaxed film night.

On the whole this is a very nice lodge, furniture nice, beds very comfortable.
We did struggle getting a good jet of water on the en suite shower but overall the lodge was clean and well maintained.
The property was mouldy and dirty The lights were covered in cobwebs.
The code for the key was wrong. I had to go round the site finding someone who could help. They could not get hold of the owner. Luckily they managed to find a code that worked. I had to buy a new pan so I could cook as the mould in the kitchen was unbelievable. I had to wash the mould off 3 of everything in the kitchen and keep them separate from everything else because the mould was that bad. The chopping boards had fur Jackets. The sofas were covered in mould. The TV controls didn't work the batteries were flat in one control and the other had no batteries. Absolutely Appalling.
