Hunstone Barn
Description
Hunstone Barn is a superb barn conversion located in the courtyard of a small working farm in South Molton, Devon.
Surrounded by a plethora of interesting historic farm buildings, this property provides the ideal alternative holiday experience, offering a truly idyllic escape to the country.
There are two delightful bedrooms, both accompanied by elegant, contemporary en-suites exuding a high-quality finish.
The large windows invite an abundance of light into each room along with access to gorgeous views of the distant countryside and the farmland beyond.
The top of the landing features picture windows all along with exposed, dark wooden beams which counterbalance nicely with the bright, fresh paintwork.
This, along with the original sloped ceiling retains much of the original farmhouse character.
Use the ultra-sleek kitchen to your advantage with the ceramic hobs and conventional electric oven perfect for accommodating those family meal preparations.
Exchange itinerary plans over your dinner, and when you're done cleaning up for the day retreat to the sitting room and slump into the plush sofas, relaxing as day rolls into night.

What guests are saying
Beautiful place, great hosts.
This was our second visit to Hunstone Barn and it was as delightful as the first.
It was very peaceful and restful and we enjoyed watching the swallows darting in and out of a barn in the farmyard. We were well looked after by hosts Paul and Karen (thank you Karen for the delicious cake).Wendy
A lovely conversion of an old farm building, retaining lots of character, in a peaceful secluded valley with abundant wildlife.
Everything you could need including Dish Washer tablets, wash up liquid, sharp knives, coffee pot, outside washing line, milk in the fridge and a delicious welcome sponge !! The approach down a narrow lane with some nasty potholes ( the council did fill ONE in during our week ) was not ideal and might be a problem for a low car. A good base for exploring North Devon with lots of attractions within easy reach. Best of all, the owners Paul and Karen, so friendly and approachable and full of interesting information, nothing was too much trouble. There is no doubt that we would stay again if we were to return to the area.
