    “We very much enjoyed our week staying in Hurdwick Lodge.”

    The Lodge is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is so peaceful, with amazing views, yet convenient for the town and local places of interest. The owner had lots of useful suggestions for glorious walks and great pubs. We would definitely stay here again.

Hurdwick Lodge is an exquisite holiday home that can accommodate ten guests for a relaxing, self-catered escape ideally located with Dartmoor National Park to the east and the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the west.

Hurdwick Lodge is situated on pristine, private parkland on the outskirts of the charming Devonshire market town of Tavistock and enjoys exceptional, far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside.

As you approach your new home-away-from-home, which features off-road parking for up to four cars and a tastefully-decorated, open-plan living area, take in the stunning landscapes of the surrounding parkland.

Once you've selected your bedroom, get to work in the kitchen, which is fully-furnished and has all the gadgets you'll need to prepare a delicious meal for the whole family to enjoy at the dining table.

After dinner, unwind in the sitting area that features dual aspect windows showcasing your beautiful rural location.
