    • “A really excellent property, ideally positioned to explore North Devon. The accommodation had everything that we needed - the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, good TV and WiFi reception and the icing on the cake; a hot tub to relax in after a days walking.”

    Mrs Coates, TROWBRIDGE, October 2018

    • “Had a great time. Lovely and relaxing with only a short drive to coombe Martin.”

    Mrs Lewis, Torquay, October 2018

    • “Owls Roost is a beautifully clean & well presented holiday home. Everything there that is needed and so peacefully quiet. Would thoroughly recommend it & hopefully will get back at some point. Easily accessible for Woolacombe & Ilfracombe. If you go into Coombe Martin & want lunch try the Pack of Cards. Excellent food, service & staff very friendly.”

    Mrs Ellison, Westgate-on-Sea, July 2018

    • “Perfect location, peaceful and surrounded by lovely countryside, just the odd wiff of a farmyard smell, but to be expected for a working farm, and a small price to pay for such a lovely place.”

    Mrs Hayward, Southampton, June 2018

    • “Loved the cottage fitted all our needs with 3 couples having own room with on suite and the added bonus the jacuzzi. Very well equipped with everything you would need for a short break. Good clear information on how to find the property. Very relaxing we will be back”

    Mr Abbott, Oxford, June 2018

    • “My wife and I have used the venue twice before, but our 4 guests hadn't and we all enjoyed the property and its facilities. Everything was thought of and provided. We were very much left alone to enjoy our stay, but Jayne was very obliging when we needed help, and her family and staff were happy and amenable as we encountered them.”

    Mr Hunter, Pershore, May 2018

    • “Great location. friendly, will leave you alone but there if you need them for anything.”

    Mr Jackow, Croydon, April 2018

    • “Very enjoyable holiday, lovely house, with tasteful furnishings, beds extremely comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Hot tub was an added bonus and enjoyed by everyone. The location was excellent for visiting places up and down the coast, views all around were stunning with plenty of walks close by.”

    Mrs Crossley, Heywood, March 2018
