Settled into the riverside town of Barnstaple, 1 Old Farm Court is a lovely single-storey base for a family or group of friends looking to explore the coast and countryside of Devon.

A short drive away from Barnstaple Town Centre and Instow, home to a harbour and a large sandy beach.

Extensive coastal hikes make the most of the dramatic scenery, including those at Blackchurch Rock in the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast.

Wildlife enthusiasts will love a trip to Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park and Exmoor Zoological and Conservation Centre, and guests can head over to the lovely seaside town of Ilfracombe where there is a museum, beautiful beach and aquarium.
