A great place to spend some family time.
Just a couple of things that we noticed/suggestions;
The double bed matress was not very comfortable. We were only on a short stay so this was less of a problem for us, but may be a problem for longer staying guests.
We had no hot water during our stay unless we used the boost button/or kettle. The guest book said hot water was on a timer. Again not a problem for us, but maybe needs looking at.

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and would like to return. We were sorry to hear the mattress was not comfortable for you - it is a memory foam mattress and to be honest, we have always found it very comfortable - my husband prefers it to ours at home! The hot water is on a timer and should have provided hot water for the day - kitchen and bathroom sink only, especially in this hot weather. It does need boosting by 5pm in the winter should further hot water be required - this can be completed by a simple turn of a dial. I do need to check this is in our welcome pack - thank you for raising this.
