    “Fab place. Clean with everything we needed for our stay.”

    Large games room off the parking area comprising pool table, table tennis and darts. The communal garden was large and you can also spot the sea which was a lovely surprise. Short distance to ilfracombe which had lots of lovely cafes and restaurants, the verity statue and boat trips being offered in the harbour. Nearby, there is saunton sands, Croyde and woolacombe, which are great beaches with stunning views. The property is a dog friendly place. Although we didn’t had a dog, we loved ...

Although we didn’t had a dog, we loved seeing them when we did. The lady who greeted us on arrival was very friendly and informative so we settled in very quickly. We had a great week here and the area was awesome with very scenic beaches only a short drive away. Thanks for a great week. Claire and Tim :)

A cosy first floor self-catering apartment near Ilfracombe, reached through the reception area of the main farmhouse and which shares a landing with Hillymouth, Ref. 19625.

This comfortably furnished Ilfracombe holiday apartment is ideal for couples, with an open plan living area with double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Lincombe House Cottages

This charming group of holiday cottages in Devon are part of a 17th century farmhouse in Lincombe, near the tiny picturesque coastal village of Lee, nestling in a deep wooded combe on the North Devon coast near Ilfracombe.
