The property

A reverse-level property perfect for a family escape to Devon, this characterful cottage offers delight at any time of the year.

Entering past the private courtyard and into the hallway, kick off your shoes and discover the three beautiful bedrooms, made up of a double room, a twin boasting its own en-suite shower room and a single with a truckle bed beneath, the property offers flexible sleeping arrangement for five guests, each room providing a homely aura and a snug spot to rest your head, as well as being wonderfully suited to those less able with the family bathroom resting on this floor too!

Moving beneath the characterful beams of the property and up to the first floor you can find the open-plan living space, the perfect social spot where you can relax on the sofa in front of the woodburning stove or sit around the table together to enjoy a hearty meal, you're sure to create everlasting memories at Crosscombe Barn.

The well-equipped kitchen is home to a good range of utensils and appliances, perfect for when you're not out sampling the local eateries or a traditional Devonshire cream tea, the window seat making an especially lovely spot to sit and unwind with a tasty treat.

Spend your mornings sitting beneath the sun in the separate lawned area across the road from the property, before taking a stroll into the village to gather some fresh ingredients from the local shop for your breakfast, an inviting pub being available too where you can indulge in a refreshing drink following a day of exploring.
