The property

Searles is a stunning two-bedroom cottage with panoramic views of the Exe set in Devons picture perfect village of Lympstone.

Inside, the cottage has been beautifully renovated with bright and stylish living spaces and views of the water from most rooms.

In the sitting room a pretty bay window overlooks the water whilst in the well-appointed kitchen/diner there are modern furnishings, sleek surfaces and everything you’ll need for a comfy stay.

Outside you can relax on the sunny terrace with a good book or simply waste time gazing at the ever changing vista with a glass of wine - the views are simply beautiful from here.

Lympstone is a very pretty village, little changed over the years and home to several good food pubs – ideal for an evening meal.

The beach at Exmouth is a short drive away, or alternatively you can walk along the Avocet Line, a gentle foot/cycle path along the eastern banks of the Exe, taking in the views before catching the train home at the end of your relaxing day on the sand.

Exmouth has plenty of shops, cafes and eateries, or how about a sedate promenade along the idyllic Esplanade - for the more adventurous there’s a whole host of watersports activities along the unique water front.

You won't be short of things to do during your holiday and this beautifully unique cottage is the perfect place to rest and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.
