“The house upstairs was clean, but downstairs was a disgrace, the cleaners came Saturday night at 9.”

30 pm to make all the beds. The hot tub wasn't clean and the filter was on show, only one side of the jets was working, no one got in it. The bbq was a tiny thing and the grill was on its side filthy, the washing machine flooded the kitchen, spoke to the cleaners who said they where coming the morning after to fix it, and bring wine with them after everything that went on and not a good start to our holiday. They never showed up we have wasted over £2000 pound on that house for a week, which we could have found better. The twin bedroom which me and my husband had to sleep in was disgusting the smell of sick lingered that much I went through 3 bottles of fabrize to get the stench out, and bought air freshners. There was no hoover or mop bucket in the property, feel sorry for the next lot of people that go in that house. That house was not worth £2000 a week. I would never go there again it spoilt our holiday. Very disappointed
