    The location is amazing. Very quiet, and beautiful views. The cottage is done out to perfection. Really well finished and comfortable. We wish we had their mattress in our house! The bedrooms have loads of extra space (perfect if you need to put a cot or kids' bed up), and the fact that there's an en suite in both bedrooms, as well as a toilet downstairs, is a massive bonus. It has everything you could need and was even better in real life than in the pictures. The hot tub was a great way to ...

It has everything you could need and was even better in real life than in the pictures. The hot tub was a great way to unwind, and set to the perfect temperature on arrival. The hosts are lovely. We had a few chats with them and they introduced us to their donkeys, as well as some of the newborn lambs. There's loads to do in the local area. We had a really fun-packed stay. Great for any type of group.

With off-road parking for one car, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a tranquil escape.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by an open-plan area, where you can unwind on the plush seating or snuggle up in the armchair while watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV with Freeview.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table.

Carry your conversations onto the garden, where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the patio or relax on the graveled area, while the hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

A convenient cloakroom with a WC and basin completes the ground floor layout.

As the day draws to a close, retire to one of the two king-size bedrooms, both of which boast ample storage and TVs with Freeview for those lazy mornings in bed.

Situated in the beautiful Culm Valley, surrounded by rolling Devon hills, Bradninch is a small thriving community, well known for its exciting music and arts events. Bradninch is home to a village shop and a traditional local pub, Ye Olde White Lion, where a warm welcome awaits and a lively atmosphere, real ales, home-cooked food and music nights are a certainty. Footpaths, fields and abundant natural wildlife characterise the surrounding landscape, several of the National Trust’s stately homes and gardens are within easy reach and Bradninch is only a short drive from the dramatic 20-mile stretch of the Jurassic Coast, England’s first natural World Heritage Site.
