“Well equipped, spacious and very clean.”

Comfortable furnishings (sofas and beds). TV has all the additional channels you might want on a rainy day. Good quality bed linen. En-suites are smart and a bonus to have for each bedroom; it meant everyone had their own space. TV and fan in each bedroom was appreciated. Good location for access to the coast and nice views of fields and cows. Good sized garden, which is secure for dogs. En-suites are smart and a bonus to have for each bedroom; it meant everyone had their own space. TV and fan in each bedroom was appreciated. Good location for access to the coast and nice views of fields and cows. Good sized garden, which is secure for dogs. There are dogs living at the house on either side of the barn but these seemed friendly despite being a bit woofy (which ours were too to be fair)! Nice sized BBQ to accommodate larger groups. Negatives are the hot tub, which is a lot of effort to use, takes hours to fill (about 6) and heat (about 4+) and expensive on wood (3 bags of logs per use) if you decide to use it more than once, as they provide the first 3 bags, so more of a gimmick than a thing for regular use. Upstairs windows have safety locks on them (because they are low down) which significantly restricts opening, so in hot weather the use of a fan at night was a must. No walks for dogs from the location of the property but the lane is quiet so we used that. For driving, the lanes to the property are terrible with huge potholes, obviously this is completely out of the owners control but was a negative for an overall review.
