“The location of the property is good.”

Some of the basics that you would expect such as spare bin liner and toilet rolls for the duration of the stay weren’t provided. No recycling facility was in place. The living room has a musty smell. The room and sofas could do with a deep cleaning. The beds are comfortable nonetheless.

We're glad you agree that Yew Tree cottage is perfectly located to explore the beautiful South Hams. As you know the cottage is extremely popular and to meet this demand the carpets and furnishings are 'deep cleaned' before the beginning of each season. We supply all the basics that our guests might require upon their arrival. This includes amongst other things two loo rolls, bin liners a bottle of Prosecco and biscuits. With regard to rubbish/recycling there are clear instructions on the kitchen wall. We hope you enjoyed your stay and look forward to seeing you again. Property Owner
