    “A lovely little cottage overlooking the estuary.”

    Clean and comfortable for 2 adults and a puppy! The hot tub was great! Kitchen had everything you needed and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We had to call housekeeping as there was no hot tub towels but they were delivered within a few hours with no fuss. My only niggle was the fact that both the front and back patios were covered in bird poo which I tried to clean off but it was glued on! However, this didn’t spoil our stay.

Straddling the Torridge estuary, the quaint bustling town of Bideford boasts a medieval bridge, town quay, quaint pannier market and vibrant shopping area - all well worth a visit. For the more active, several major surfing beaches, golf courses, theme parks and other attractions are nearby and the South West coast path passes close by on its way into Cornwall. The beautiful cliff-top fishing village of Clovelly is half an hour by road, and the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks – it’s all on the doorstep.
