Property was fine as a base.
Obviously dogs are allowed but there's no back yard unfortunately. We arrived by train, Teignmouth station is only 5 mins, and were glad of that because parking looked like it would be difficult to find. Very quiet and the town centre only 5 minutes away. Those with mobility issues and not in a car should bear in mind part of the walk up from the station was steep.
27 Exeter Street is in a quiet location, 5 minutes' walk from Lidl supermarket and the town centre.
Parking is easily available in the nearby streets, but make sure you order a parking permit in advance. The house is clean and comfortably furnished, with good beds and well supplied with books, games and essential information. I recommend this listing.
Much of the crockery and glassware was chipped.
