“This was our second stay at Chilvery Farm Cottage and it was as good as we hoped.”

The cottage is so lovely that I could honestly live there forever! The bedroom is a good size with a nice ensuite shower, the bath is lovely and long and the two other bedrooms look lovely although as there were only 2 of us we did not use them. The house is very warm and we slept with the window open. We had the log fire going most evenings and it was perfect. The views from upstairs are great with the moors in the distance and the setting is very quiet and peaceful. The piece de resistance is ...

The house is very warm and we slept with the window open. We had the log fire going most evenings and it was perfect. The views from upstairs are great with the moors in the distance and the setting is very quiet and peaceful. The piece de resistance is the walk down across the field and to the lake every morning with our dog, and sometimes at the end of the day. It is beautifully maintaned and so wonderful to be able to take the dog out straight after his breakfast before we planned our day. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
