Reviews

    • “Although only a short drive from the A30, this cottage is situated on a peaceful country lane leading down to the moor. The cottage was elegant and brilliantly equipped - nothing had been left to chance. The mattress on the king size bed was firm and fabulous - and ensured good sleeps. The beautiful and well-tended walled garden was happily secure enough for even the most adventurous of springer spaniels who spent many happy hours hunting the flower beds for squirrels whilst I lazed on the bench reading books. Genuinely dog-friendly, there is a stair-gate ensuring dogs can't accidentally explore upstairs and a roomy utility room where dogs can enjoy their own space. Peace of mind for everyone. Ideally suited to those who enjoy walking and those who appreciate the beauty and quiet of Dartmoor, the cottage offered a warm and cosy haven after a morning yomping across the moor.”
