Great to be situated so close to the sea. Owners were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Had all the amenities we needed. So many great things to do in the area. Would recommend.

This was our first visit to Torquay and Rosa is a fabulous property.

The location is excellent to explore Torquay and the surrounding area and has stunning views of the harbour and Torquay. The property is well maintained and was very clean and has everything you need for a perfectly stay. Judith was very welcoming and provides a comprehensive guide in the property. We had a really enjoyable stay and wish Judith and Don the very best for the future

We had a wonderful stay at Rose and host Judith was very helpful with explaining everything and where things were.

The views from property were beautiful and added to the relaxed holiday feel to the property. Will definitely be back !

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa in Torquay.

The apartment was exactly as stayted. Spotless clean . . All cleaning products provided. Very well equipped , foil ,cling film , tea ,coffee, salt & pepper,kitchen roll, toilet rolls. Judith made us feel very welcome & suggested places of interest to visit. The view over the harbour ,from the apartment was amazing. Terrace with all garden furniture & umbrella. Couldn't fault it at all. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend this apartment .

Apartment and views outstanding can’t wait to book again

Fabulous property, well maintained, excellent views from property both day and night.

Very comfortable and was made extremely welcomed. Single duvets on double bed were a bonus especially as it was very hot that week, why don’t other people think of it. You could sit all day looking out over the marina and bay. The huge patio area with sun chairs, umbrella and table made for alfresco dining completed a relaxing holiday. Would we return, yes.
