Twelve Oaks Farmhouse

My family get together in this Farmhouse worked wonderfully.

A genuine old 17th century farmhouse, full of charm, if only the walls could talk, I bet there are a few stories they would tell. We had a whole week to explore the area, some great walks and places to visit locally. Can't wait to come back again.

The place was very nice, very clean with very good eqiped kitchen.

Very good for family, friends gathering. I will recommend to everyone. Hoping to go back to stay there soon.

Very comfortable and warm stay.

Spacious too. Beds were comfortable. Christmas Decorations in place were appreciated. Kitchen well stocked - able to cook a full Christmas Day Dinner. Lovely rural setting - loved seeing the chickens, we were able to find local walks and beaches suitable for a pram. One small issue was the fridge - the door not shutting properly without being pushed shut, did not spoil our week at all.

We walked in to a lovely a warm farmhouse, very inviting. Christmas tree and decorations which was lovely too. It was so very spacious, very clean and tidy. A kitchen that had everything you needed and more. Massive fridge & freezer, dishwasher. Due to the weather we didn't really walk around the farm to see the rest of the facilities but look forward to booking again for the summer. High recomment

Came to stay for these past days from 30th to the 2nd Jan, for NY.

Myself, partner and kids, my brother and his family and our dad. Even the family pet! Had the most amazing time all together. Meals all round the big table, games including hide and seak. Lovely walks around too and beach 15minutes away! Highly recomend.

We had a great holiday, the location is wonderful, kids loved the animals, play area, garden, you’re in a very rural location but not far from local amenities and attractions.

The farmhouse is very roomy, comfortable and sufficient and a great place for families to holiday together. The farmhouse could do with a little TLC - hole in bedroom carpet, squeaky floorboards screwing tight - furniture rattles when you are walking across floors - difficult with a baby asleep, towel radiator in shower room not working, kitchen bit tired, no hangers in some wardrobes, but value for money cannot fault it and owners are lovely.

The farmhouse is beautiful and quirky, we loved the classic feel of the place.

Beautifully clean and has everything you could need. Lovely big table in the garden where we sat out as often as the weather allowed us. The pool is fabulous and kept the kids entertained, raining or not ! Perfect place for a group family holiday, would highly recommend. The whole site is brilliantly well maintained and the shop and cafe were great too. I bought some beef back for our Sunday roast . Really great holiday
