My only slight niggle is the requirement to strip the beds and empty the bins before departure. I take my parents on holiday every year and already find the logistics of getting everyone packed, in and out of the accommodation quite demanding. Having to complete these additional chores at the end of the stay does take away from the final day of the holiday.
