    “Seating area in rear garden and front door area need cleaning and tidying up.”

    Air conditioning filters were filthy and needed to be cleaned during our stay. TV needs to be set up for Amazon Prime and Netflix.

    Thank you for your feedback. On receipt of this, myself and cleaning team checked entrance and rear garden. Both found to be clean and of the high standard we have set. I would always encourage guests to please contact myself, if there is anything they need during their stay, we are always happy to help. Ensuring the air conditioning is working perfectly, especially during this current heat is important to us and guests. I’m pleased we were able to help you out. I can confirm all TV’s across our 3 properties are all smart TVs with access to all major streaming services. If guests need help with setting up, I’m always on call to offer help. Property Owner
