We had a very warm welcome on arrival, Little Warren was everything we could wish for, very clean, comfortable and well equipped for a relaxing stay Would highly recommend Paul & Chris

This was a lovely and cozy cottage perfect for a relaxing week away.

We didn't do much as it was a week to relax but there is plenty nearby to keep you entertained for a week. Pat and Phil were lovely hosts always at hand when needed. Highly recommend.

Really lovely holiday cottage, very comfortable and well equipped.

10 mins walk to the beach and about 25 mins walk into Burnham town centre, with plenty to do nearby. Would definitely recommend Little Walton to anyone wanting to visit Somerset.

Lovely little property to stay in for the week.

Family of four. Children were very happy staying in the upstairs. They said it was like a tree house. Owners allowed them use of the garden with swings. Lovely and quiet. The only thing I would say is the mats around the beds were quite dangerous. They slipped all over the place when walking over them. So we pushed them under the legs of the beds to hold them in place. And the fire alarm was very sensitive. Never burnt anything but it did not like us making toast. Quite amusing every morning. On the whole 10/10 the owners were so lovely. 10 mins away theres a lovely restaurant that does carvery "Brent House" definitely recommend you give that a go.

We enjoyed our stay at Little Walton.

Lovely hosts. Very clean and comfortable. It was very hot when we stayed there so when the windows/doors were open the nearby road was noisy. The conservatory/living room was also unusable during the day because of the heat although we were told they hope to address this by changing the roof.

Our second stay at Little Walton and again did not disappoint.

A lovely welcome from Pat and Phil as always and some very welcome goodies on arrival. It definitely feels like a home from home, everything you need and more making your holiday a very comfortable stay in every way. The cottage is in a lovely quiet spot, only a few minutes to the sea front at Burnham or a few minutes drive to Berrow and Brean beaches too. You are only several minutes from the M5/A38 too and only a 20mimute drive to Weston-super-Mare. We will definitely be back again!

On arrival we were met by the owners, who gave us a very warm and friendly greeting.

We were then shown around the cottage and advised how things worked. The cottage itself was very homely and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The welcome back was very much appreciated. Enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Hosts were really welcoming.

Cottage itself is a real home from home with everything provided for a real enjoyable holiday. Would thoroughly recommend.

Everything that we would need had been provided. Great place, only a short walk to the beach and also made a great base to visit the wider location. Highly recommend.

The owners were very welcoming and showed us the cottage and how the heating worked.

The cottage was very well laid out and everything was clean and tidy. We had good weather with the exception of the first full day, so mainly stayed in. We used the cottage as a good location to re-explore the area, including Cheddar Gorge, Wells, Glastonbury and Weston-Super-Mare.

Would recommend to friends/family, property good base for visiting most of the areas of interest around Somerset.

A great property, perfect for couples, small families or a group of friends.

Very well equipped and the welcome basket, chocolates and pint of milk was greatly appreciated. Comfy beds, great shower and lovely and warm. Despite being near a busy road, the cottage was very quiet and we slept very well. Pat and Phil were very friendly and there if you needed them. We would definitely recommend Little Walton.

It was the best cottage we ever had for a holiday it had everything you want to have a nicebreak you could not fall it very clean easy parking very nice hoast .

we had a very enjoyable stay however all of us being in late 70s we had to be very cautious of stairs and steps and no hand grips on bath but this in no way spoilt here visit to this lovely cottage phil and pat are very nice couple thanks again for a very enjoyable stay.

The cottage was extremely nice.

There was plenty of parking and we had our own patio together with a large communal garden. Cooking utensils and crockery aplenty and the place was spotless.

A lovely little cottage, well situated and with all we needed for our stay.

Slightly cr as moved bedroom the only drawback. Phil and Pat were lovely and friendly. Would recommend.

What a lovely comfortable property, really nice size kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal - we were pleased to find an empty cupboard to put our food away, good size bathroom again with empty cupboard space, bedroom was lovely the bed was really comfortable and to throw those doors open and look onto a private patio was brilliant - the sitting room/conservatory was lovely it looks out onto the owners beautifully stock garden - one small thing to note is that when the sun comes out it gets really hot in there, we couldn't leave this review without a shout out to Jose and Steve who greeted us at property as the owners were away and took the time to show us round , Steve even offered to help carry the cases - looking forward to return visit in the near future.

Lovely couple, very welcoming.

Greeted upon arrival and shown around the house. Quiet, homey place and very relaxing sitting in the conservatory while the kids play in the lovely garden outside first thing in the morning. Places we visited include: Brean splash water park, Jump n Jackz play area, Brean arcade, Burnham-On-Sea beach for flying their kites on a windy day, Weston-Super-Mare shopping mall, Brean Crazy golf, Animal Adventure Farm - all within a 20 minute or less drive. Great fun for the kids (5 & 3). Really liked the fact it had a washing machine and washing line in the back yard as well, especially having kids, was a god send with the clothes they can get through. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend or come again. The girls definitely enjoyed the complimentary box of malteasers too! Thank you Little Walton for a great holiday!

Little Walton cottage is fabulous, was even better than it looked in the photos and with plenty of space!

Had absolutely everything you need and more. The hosts Pat and Phil are great , gave us a lovely welcome and very accommodating. Great welcome pack which was much appreciated too. Off road parking and so easy to get to many places in Somerset. Highly recommended Little Walton and would definitely stay again

The hosts met us at the property and made it clear that we could contact them for any issues during our stay. The cottage has everything you are likely to need and the welcome pack was very thoughtful. The beach is a ten minute walk away and slightly further to the center of Burnham. Burnham itself was perfect for us, quiet but with plenty of good food options and charming shops.

Lovely couple Pat and Phill they helped us in with our luggage and were very helpful the rest of the holiday.

Little Walton cottage was everything we needed ,excellent area to visit places.

Catch the bus outside to weston super mare then back with stop on door step Lovely walk into burnham about 1 mile,lovely Indian restaurants,nearby National trust. Would definitely return . Thank you Pat & Phil Jane & Pete Northampton

A lovely place to stay with everything we needed in a super location .

Easy walks to the beautiful beach . Brilliant places nearby , Chedder Gorge, Tyntesfield, Wells, and Watchet.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

The cottage was cozy and comfortable. There was a private outside area which unfortunately we were unable to use because of the weather but would have been nice if the weather was good.

A delightful cottage with everything you could want.

Use of garden was a bonus for my granddaughter. Beds very comfy. The owners were very nice and approachable but we wanted for nothing.

What a lovely place really enjoyed our stay just what we needed after loosing our dog little Walton was beautiful and clean a great place to stay Phil and pat was lovely milk and biscuits and coffee was a beautiful touch would recommend

Phil and Pat made sure we had all the info we required for our stay at Little Walton, the cottage was superbly furnished and clean.

An ideal place to base ourselves whilst exploring this beautiful area.

The property was amazing, our hosts Pat and Phil were very welcoming, very much home from home, every thing you need and more, very clean warm comfortable, I came with a 7 month old baby, a lovely cot was provided, it's just the most perfect place to stay, I will definitely be going back at a later date, and would recommend

Lovely little cottage, has everything you need.

We ate out most of the time but the kitchen was very well equipped when we cooked. We were lucky to have good weather in September.

Building site next door but that is not the fault of the owners.
