“Really lovely place to stay, everything you would need for a breakaway.”

There was lots of cobwebs and spiders everywhere, and a problem with flies. The grill on the oven didn't work. The hot tub was a bonus, but didn't get cleaned or chemicals added during our stay, so by the end of it, it is as very murky. The managers were very welcoming on our arrival.

Thank you very much for your comments and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! I stayed at Gatekeepers over the last couple of days to look into the issues you brought up . Firstly I would say Tim & Michelle my management team are lovely (as you mentioned ) and on site. Tim would have been happy to change the water in the Jacuzzi if you had let him know, something I would rather do only if you are going to use it. I presume the spiders and webs were outside as I didn't see any inside at all.The grill does work on the right setting but is a little complicated - so don't be afraid to call Tim on anything that you are having trouble with. Thank you for your comments as we are new owners to this property and aim to get better and better with your feedback ! Best Charles Property Owner
