There was lots of cobwebs and spiders everywhere, and a problem with flies.
The grill on the oven didn't work.
The hot tub was a bonus, but didn't get cleaned or chemicals added during our stay, so by the end of it, it is as very murky.
The managers were very welcoming on our arrival.

I stayed at Gatekeepers over the last couple of days to look into the issues you brought up .
Firstly I would say Tim & Michelle my management team are lovely (as you mentioned ) and on site. Tim would have been happy to change the water in the Jacuzzi if you had let him know, something I would rather do only if you are going to use it. I presume the spiders and webs were outside as I didn't see any inside at all.The grill does work on the right setting but is a little complicated - so don't be afraid to call Tim on anything that you are having trouble with.
