If you’re looking for a tranquil, relaxing break, this is the perfect place. The surroundings are quiet, and everyone we met in the area was friendly and polite.
The only thing to be aware of is that the beach is around a 20-minute walk away, and if you’re not driving, there isn’t a great deal nearby. There are a few places to eat, but they’re mostly traditional pub food. If you’re after lots of shops, restaurants, and a busier atmosphere, you’ll need to drive into the main area say Weston.
One tip for dog owners: when we visited, the beach the tide was in at around 8:15 am, which was a lovely time to enjoy the beach with the dogs.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
