Garden Cottage is a welcoming, pet-friendly holiday home on the outskirts of Upottery, Devon.

Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, this cottage has character in abundance with exposed stonework and beautiful beams making it perfect for a couple seeking a romantic retreat.

This former barn has been carefully configured to include an open plan living area with woodburning stove and comfortable sitting area where you can relax and unwind.

The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for creating cosy meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table looking out to the countryside beyond.

The enclosed patio seating area is a delightful spot to enjoy a night cap before heading upstairs to the king-size bedroom, which enjoys far reaching views over the rolling Devon countryside.

Start the morning in an ideal way by soaking in a bubble-filled bath as you prepare for the day ahead.

The cathedral city of Exeter is only 20 miles away and the fabulous beaches along the Devon and Dorset Heritage Coast are just 28 minutes by car. Even the wilds of Exmoor are in easy reach. The perfect location for those wishing to get away from it all while being within reach of some of the South West's main visitor attractions.
