  • Mr Mccarthy

“No washing machine even though it said it did Key collection is around the back, spent 30 minutes looking for it as not clearly stated Building works next door went on for 10 hours a day for whole duration Left early due to not be happy with facilities I asked owner about washing machine and had no reply, we didn’t bring enough clothes due to this Downstairs very cold even with radiator left on.”

    - Mr Mccarthy, December 2021

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry that the washing machine was not operational during your stay and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. The washing machine only recently broke down and a replacement has been ordered. We have now amended the key collection details, however this has not previously been an issue. We understand that one of our neighbours (two cottages away) may have been carrying out some exterior works and we will contact them regarding this. In addition to the radiator, there is a log fire available for guests' use in the sitting room for extra warmth. Property Owner
