    “Brilliant flat, a “little” isolated but really good walks ferry's at Cawsand and Cremyll.”

    Rame head is a nice walk depending how far you want to go Kingsand carpark reduces the length of the walk. Coffee shops and beaches at Cawsand 2mile walk. Go up past the tennis court to shorten the walk to Cremyll. Why Sykes cant step in to help this owner to continue renting after October by vetting the clients I really don't understand.

A fine place to escape from the busy world. Fort Picklecombe: built in 1848 to protect Plymouth, this fort is now converted into excellent apartments.
