    “Lovely cottage.”

Retains its country charm but everything good quality and high spec. Parking a bit tricky and downstairs loo on the small side to say the least (!) but otherwise a wonderful little place. Loved the welcome wine and treats.

The property

Meadow View Cottage is a beautifully finished, traditional cottage right in heart of Devons picture perfect village of Lympstone.

Inside, the cottage has been recently renovated and is stylish, warm and welcoming.

In the sitting room comfy sofas in front of a cosy fire make the perfect spot to relax, whilst in the well-appointed kitchen/diner there are modern furnishings, sleek surfaces and everything you’ll need during your stay.

Outside you can relax in the sunny terraced garden with a good book and a glass of wine, or seek shade in the chic summer house.

Lympstone is a very pretty village, little changed over the years and home to several good food pubs – ideal for an evening meal.

The sandy beach at Exmouth is a short drive away, or alternatively you can walk along the Avocet Line, a gentle foot/cycle path along the eastern banks of the Exe, taking in the views before catching the train home at the end of your relaxing day on the sand.

Exmouth has plenty of shops, cafes and eateries or how about a sedate promenade along the idyllic Esplanade.

For the more adventurous there’s a whole host of watersports activities along the unique waterfront.

You won't be short of things to do during your holiday and this wonderful cottage is the perfect place to rest and enjoy a memorable stay.
