    “Had a fabulous weeks stay at Lyme Mews, everything in the house that you could possibly need.”

    Very good location on the sea front shops and restaurants close by. Parked the car and didn't move it all week. Lucky with the weather no rain just cold and frosty. Will come back again.

    The door handle in the en-suite has been replaced. The back door light is movement sensitive but must be switched on inside back door. I appreciate comments from a very loyal customer. Property Owner

The property

On the seafront esplanade in Seaton, a modern Regency-style terraced house, looking straight out to sea; pub/shops/harbour, 200 yards.

Small enclosed patio (flowers, table/chairs), paved and quite secluded, and small garage at the back.

Inside, it is well decorated, easy, light, with good furniture and pictures.

Front door to hall, off which small study (TV/DVD).

Efficient kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas hob/electric double oven) and glazed door to patio.

Loo.

On the first floor, sunny, comfy living room (Smart TV) with sea view and double sliding windows to wrought iron balcony; twin bedroom, and bathroom (suite, shower over bath).

On the second floor, a double bedroom (5' bed) with sea view and en suite shower-room (suite), and another twin.

No children under 8, except pre-crawling babies, due to balcony.

An easy, convenient house, close to Seaton's amenities and in an excellent seaside position. Seaton: small, friendly seaside town (pebble beach) at the mouth of the River Axe estuary (sailing, harbour).

Cliffs on either side (World Heritage Site ‘Jurassic Coast’): fine coast path walks; 3 mile tramway through Axe Valley nature reserves.

Lyme Regis (lovely harbour town), 8 miles by car, 6 by path.

Golf nearby.

Close inland, beautiful farmland and pretty villages.

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
