“Sea Point has the best view in East Devon - panoramic over the sea and estuary - always something to look at.”

Tina has made a really lovely job at making the apartment feel cosy, immaculately clean, but also beachy. Really well equipped all new appliances, lovely colour scheme. Exmouth has loads to offer, water sports, beach, bike trails, walking, and within near reach the picturesque villages of Lympstone, Topsham, and town like Sidmouth. I highly recommend it.

The property

17 Shelly Court is a gorgeous two-bedroom top floor apartment with panoramic views of the Exe and to the sea beyond.

Set just a stone's throw from the beach and upscale marina at Exmouth everything you could need for a perfect holiday is close at hand.

Inside, the apartment has been beautifully renovated with a bright and stylish living space where full height windows offer the most exceptional water views.

In the well-appointed kitchen you'll find everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

A smallish balcony is the perfect spot to waste time gazing at the ever changing vista with a glass of wine - the views are simply beautiful from here.

Exmouth's long sandy beach is just a stone's throw away and ideal for families and for the more adventurous there's a range of water sports to enjoy.

Walker's can enjoy the Avocet Line, a gentle foot/cycle path along the eastern banks of the Exe, taking in the views before catching the train home after a pub lunch in pretty Lympstone.

Further along the line Topsham is home to a host of pretty boutiques, cafes and restaurants and beyond you'll find the historic city of Exeter with its cathedral, shops and quay.

A superb destination for all ages, 17 Shelly Court is ideal for anyone wanting to holiday in Devon.
