I still await Sykes reply to my request for £15 credit as we were unable to bring our 2nd dog. Sykes have not followed up their email 2/7 and I found it impossible to make contact with them. This is both annoying and disappointing having used Sykes for so many years it seems the management of this company has changed quite considerably.
