Although the listing was accurate we felt the inside of the property was in a need of a little TLC. The walls and shelves particularly upstairs would have benefited from some pictures etc as all the rooms felt bare and sparce (the front bedroom in particuar). Simularly in the kitchen a lot of the crockery and jugs needed a good wash before use. The AGA is a lovely feature, but takes a fair bit of trial and error to use, so it would have been useful to have more detailed instructions.
The location and gardens are beautiful and the fronty landscaping has been done extremely well, it was a shame that the inside was somewhat underwhelming in comparison.
We are not picky customers in any way, and we certainly enjoyed our stay, but the property rental price our expectations weren't quite met in full. Sorry :(

We are new to holiday letting this property so your feedback is great to have.
We noticed you struggled with the Rayburn, was like a sauna when we arrived.We will update the instructions further to make it easier for future guests. Our ultimate plan is to remove it which will be better for holiday lets. But this will be quite an investment. So saving up!
We’re also slowly collecting more furniture and art. 3 new pictures in the car ready to hang. So slowly making progress.
