“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming farm holiday cottage!”
The setting is idyllic, with stunning country views that include a tranquil reservoir just a stone's throw away. It's the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy some peace and quiet.
The farm's animals truly added to the charm of our visit. We loved feeding carrots to the gentle horse and watching the sheep in the fields. A highlight was the two delightful sheep dogs who greeted us each morning with their happy faces at the kitchen window – a unique and heartwarming touch!
The cottage itself is spacious, especially for two people, and retains so much character with its original features, including a gorgeous stone floor. It felt like a perfect blend of rustic charm and comfort.
The owners couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and hospitality added so much to our experience.
There’s also plenty to do in the surrounding area, making it an ideal base for exploration or simply enjoying the serene countryside. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
It was so lovely to meet you both!
Thank you for your kind comments.
We look forward too seeing you again soon.
Warm wishes
