Why book a cottage in Boscastle?

Enjoy a tranquil and relaxing getaway with a cottage holiday in the fishing port of Boscastle, North Cornwall. Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it is some of the most stunning countryside in the UK. Boscastle was a favourite location of Thomas Hardy and it forms the setting for one of his novels, A Pair of Blue Eyes. 

The area has several local attractions including galleries, pottery and the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic. Founded in the early 1950’s, the museum has exhibits relating to magical practices from ancient times to present day.

Places to visit near Boscastle?

The South West Coast Path runs right along the coastline and if you follow it north you can visit the town of Bude. Go for a dip at Bude Sea Pool or laze the day away on Summerleaze Beach. South of Boscastle is the village of Tintagel, famous for its majestic castle and connections with King Arthur.
