Why book a cottage in Tintagel?

Situated on North Cornwall’s high and rugged Atlantic Coast, Tintagel is steeped in myth and legend. The area is synonymous with King Arthur, who is said to have been conceived at Tintagel Castle. Visitors to the castle can discover the history, cross the suspended castle bridge and explore Merlin’s Cave. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink around the town - with some of them named after the legendary King!

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the views from the coastline are absolutely stunning. Within a couple of hour’s walk, along the South West Coast Path, is the small village of Boscastle, home to the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic. A couple of miles to the south of Tintagel is the beautiful fishing village of Port Isaac.
