The property

From the front of the house, entry is gained onto the first floor.

On this level, you will find two impressive bedrooms; a four-poster double benefitting from sea views and en-suite facilities, and a super king-size zip/link which is served by a wonderfully modern bathroom.

The ground floor plays host to two further bedrooms; a twin zip/link which can be arranged as a super king as well as bunk bedroom and family bathroom.

Each bedroom also benefits from a SMART TV for your added entertainment convenience.

Occupying the upper two floors are stunning contemporary living spaces that take advantage of the incredible view, as well as resourceful kitchen that assists you through your stay.

From the fourth floor, you can actually walk out onto the balcony and terrace where you can watch the bustling movement of the town or the rolling waves wash up on shore.

To experience the wonders of the area first-hand, walk down to the award-winning Fistral beach, the UK’s most prestigious surfing destination.

Head along the South West Coast Path to discover stunning scenery or why not explore inland and enjoy the cobbled cathedral city of Truro, or the biomes of the Eden Project.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 30 minutes. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is under an hour's drive or a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
