The owner Jonathon, was very polite so no complaint, I gather from the website he is probably not going to carry on with holiday let? As it is no longer available to book!! ? The cottage itself was nice and clean but could have been better equipped. The walk from the car was a trip hazard with uneven slabs. The door to the toilet in double bedroom you couldn't open easily with the bed in the way, and was too close to the window to get into bed easily, I fell during the night trying to squeeze ...

The door to the toilet in double bedroom you couldn't open easily with the bed in the way, and was too close to the window to get into bed easily, I fell during the night trying to squeeze back in after visiting the toilet and bruised myself, not good when your in your 70s. Our daughter helped my husband to lift me up, and then moved the bed a bit further away from window, but this did mean the door to toilet was more difficult for my husband to get into. The lounge does not really offer 4 comfortable seats, as 3 people have to share the same sofa, a bit of rearranging and another armchair could have been accommodated. The dishwasher tablets were out of date, clearly not been checked for a long while! We think the owner may not be carrying on letting it for holidays!! Also the Wi-Fi information in info book was incorrect, we found it in a card under the router!
