    “Is no mention that it is an annexe until later in description, and that it is so close to main cottage.”

    Patio disappointing. Wouldn’t call it a patio, very tiny part of pathed area. The photo of it is very deceiving, as it is totally overgrown, and doesn’t have a view through to main cottage garden as it does in photo. . The positives are it is very modern inside, and to a high standard inside, and very clean
