Kitchen/dining room (slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric cooker). Downstairs loo. Under-stairs cupboard with washing machine. Steep stairs which divide to two pretty bedrooms - to one side, a single room (footboard on bed, limited clothes-hanging space); to the other side, a smart bathroom (suite with separate large shower), through which step down to a double under the eaves with its own additional steep twisting staircase (bottom door) down to the living room. Heat supplied by eco-friendly biomass boiler. A welcoming and homely base 100 yards from open moorland and with beautiful walks from the doorstep.
