Seaton is a small village on the south coast of Cornwall set at the mouth of the River Seaton. Even though it is small it still has everything you need for a relaxing getaway with a couple of pubs, shops and a café. The beach is largely shingle but it is still a very pleasant spot to sit and relax.
Seaton Valley Countryside Park is a green flag nature reserve that is home to kingfishers, otters and butterflies. It covers over 50 acres and has numerous cycleways and footpaths to explore, as well as picnic areas to enjoy some al fresco dining.

Head west along the coast to visit the harbour town of Fowey. Spend a day uncovering marine life at Fowey Aquarium or exploring St Catherine’s Castle.
