Devon is a beautiful place to stretch out on wide sandy beaches, get active outdoors, discover history and legend and explore hidden villages and vibrant towns. Moorland is a natural playground criss-crossed by ancient trackways between time-forgotten villages. The coast is dramatic in the north, with cliffs, coves and harbours, whilst the south is gentler with beaches in bays and lake-like inlets.

A special destination
